The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions define critical elements of the project. Without these, it would be impossible to minimize the impacts on the land or develop a coherent vision for the design.<BR>

A key element of the CC&Rs is the conservation easement, which will cover the vast majority of the Mesa project. It will include more than just the prominent skylines and ridges. Within each 10 acre parcel exists a development envelope sited for best views and maximum privacy. The remainder of each parcel, generally around 8 plus acres, is in conservation easement so that it can remain pristine.<BR>
