The photos (right) are representative and as one can see, native stone is a critical element of our style. Having neither an upper nor lower square foot size limitation in the

To that end, flat roof lines that do not seriously break the crown of the surrounding pinyon and junipers are encouraged, while excessive heights or gable ends are discouraged. The impacts off site are very important. We encourage 'peeking out' rather than 'poking up'. Every development envelope is sited to maximize the owner's views while keeping the home screened and discreet. Night skies are another core value. Exterior lighting needs to be low in both height and wattage, simply to 'light the path.' Interior lighting must be recessed or hooded, providing glow but not glare.
